Rental Fees (effective January 1, 2016)


 A deposit is required to reserve Camp Sonlight for your event. Please view our Activities Calendar to determine available dates at Camp Sonlight. Lessee's will also be required to provide liability insurance coverage for their campers. Please see the Rental Contract, Section K, for details. Use of the pool requires a Red Cross certified life saving professional. The pool is open from May through September only. Our resident site managers are here to assist your staff with the safe and effective operations of the camp. As a privately-held corporation and facility, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.


Rental Fees are payable in two installments, ten percent is due at least four weeks prior to arrival, and the balance is due upon arrival or prior to commencement of the lease period. An additional $75.00 per hour fee will be charged for arrival each hour before 4PM on the day of Check In and each hour after 12:00 noon on day of Check Out
