Florida Primitive Baptist Deacon's Association, Inc.  

Charter and Mission Statement:
The general nature and object of this corporation shall be to support and assist the Florida Primitive Baptist Ministerial Association in the communication and advocation of the Gospels of our Lord and His Apostles; to lend personal, financial or other assistance in the establishment of new Primitive Baptist Churches, Sunday Schools or Missions; to establish and conduct other institutions of a religious, educational, charitable and benevolent character; to secure by gift, solicitation, donation, purchase, inheritance, trade or barter, real and personal property, and to transfer, devise, bequeath, sell, give, trade or encumber such property as this corporation may own, pursuant to the purposes herein stated.
